If Parsecto has been connected to your Facebook Page or Instagram account and you would like any data Parsecto holds about that connection deleted, follow either of the steps below.
Removing the app revokes Parsecto's access token immediately. Any content data associated with that connection is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Email privacy@parsecto.com with the Page or Instagram account name and a request to delete associated data. We will confirm once deletion is complete, typically within 14 days.
Access tokens, cached account identifiers, and any content or performance data Parsecto has stored for the connected account. Content already published live on Facebook or Instagram is not retroactively removed from those platforms — deletion requests only affect data held within Parsecto.
